Day Memo プライバシーポリシー

Day Memo は、利用者のいかなる情報も収集・送信・共有しません。
アプリが扱うデータはすべて、利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。開発者を含む第三者が、その内容を見ることはできません。
1. 収集する情報
ありません。
Day Memo はアカウント登録を必要とせず、サーバーとの通信機能を一切持ちません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・端末識別子・広告識別子・利用状況の統計・クラッシュログ、これらのいずれも収集しません。解析ツール（アナリティクス）や広告SDKも組み込まれていません。
2. 端末内に保存されるデータ
利用者がアプリに入力した以下のデータは、端末内のアプリ専用領域にのみ保存されます。

これらのデータが端末外へ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータもすべて削除されます。
3. 端末の機能へのアクセス許可
Day Memo は以下の許可を求めることがあります。いずれも利用者が操作したときにのみ使われ、目的以外には使用しません。
- 写真ライブラリ（読み取り） — 記念日に写真を添付するとき。選ばれた1枚だけをアプリ専用領域にコピーします。ライブラリ全体を読み取ったり、送信したりすることはありません。
- 写真ライブラリ（書き込み） — 作成したシェアカード画像を保存するとき。
- 通知 — 記念日のリマインダーを表示するとき。通知はすべて端末内で予約・表示されるローカル通知です。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用せず、プッシュトークンも生成しません。
いずれの許可も拒否できます。拒否した場合、その機能が使えなくなるだけで、他の機能は通常どおり動作します。
4. バックアップと共有について
- バックアップ書き出し — 利用者が設定画面で操作したときにのみ、記録内容をJSONファイルとして書き出し、iOSの共有シートを開きます。保存先を選ぶのは利用者自身です。開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- バックアップ読み込み — 利用者が選んだファイルのみを読み込みます。
- シェアカード — 利用者が作成・保存・共有を指示したときにのみ画像を生成します。共有先の選択は利用者が行います。
これらの操作以降、書き出されたファイルの取り扱いは、利用者が選んだ保存先・共有先のサービスに委ねられます。
5. ウィジェット
ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェットは、端末内に保存されたデータを表示するだけです。データが端末外へ出ることはありません。
6. 第三者への提供
行いません。収集していないため、提供・販売・共有するデータが存在しません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
Day Memo は育児の記念日にも使われることを想定していますが、お子様自身から情報を収集することはありません。前述のとおり、いかなる情報も収集していません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
内容を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。データの取り扱いに実質的な変更が生じる場合は、アプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。

Day Memo does not collect, transmit, or share any user information.
All data stays on your device. No one — including the developer — can see it.
1. Information We Collect
None.
Day Memo requires no account and has no networking capability whatsoever. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or crash logs. No analytics or advertising SDKs are included in the app.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Data you enter is stored only in the app's private storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
3. Device Permissions
Day Memo may request the following permissions. Each is used only when you take the corresponding action, and for no other purpose:
- Photo library (read) — when you attach a photo to an event. Only the single photo you choose is copied into the app's private storage. We never scan or transmit your library.
- Photo library (write) — when you save a share card image.
- Notifications — when you set an anniversary reminder. All notifications are local notifications scheduled and delivered on your device. No push server is used and no push token is generated.
You may deny any of these. Denying a permission only disables that specific feature; everything else continues to work.
4. Backup and Sharing
- Export backup — only when you tap it in Settings, the app writes your records to a JSON file and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination. Nothing is sent to the developer.
- Import backup — reads only the file you select.
- Share cards — an image is generated only when you create, save, or share one. You choose where it goes.
Once you export or share a file, its handling is governed by the destination or service you selected.
5. Widgets
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets only display data already stored on your device. No data leaves the device.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
None. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or share.
7. Children's Privacy
Day Memo is intended in part for recording parenting milestones, but it does not collect information from children. As stated above, it collects no information from anyone.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Any material change to how data is handled will also be noted in the app's release notes.
